Question
Is there any chance that this product could cause a blockage - does it dissolve??
I'm concerned that this product may not digest and cause a blockage. Can you tell me if this is possible? Also, what are the proof of purchase on the back of the package good for?

Thanks for contacting Dingo brand. All of our Dingo products are intended to be broken off in bite sized pieces and then swallowed. Any chew bone, toy, treat, etc. has the potential for causing intestinal issues. You want to monitor your dog and make sure they are still eating and drinking, playful and active and having normal bowel movements. Currently, there is no program in place for the proof of purchase on the back of each product.

Thank you for contacting Dingo Brand. Yes, it would be fine for your puppy to have 2 sticks on heavier teething days. Just monitor him to make sure he is still eating and drinking normally and not having any soft stool or diarrhea. If we can help with anything further, don't hestiate to contact us.

Thank you for contacting Dingo. There is nothing harmful to your dogs with our products at all. However, there is absolutely the possibility that your dogs can have some gastrointestinal issues such as diahrea, vomitting or stomach upset. If you encounter any of these problems I would contact your vet.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

My dog is an 11 pound pomeranian. Are these "stix" the right size for him or do you offer other sizes for different-sized dogs?

Thank you for contacting Dingo. These munchy stix are appropriately sized for your Pomeranian however like any type of rawhide treat or chew we always recommend supervision while your pet is chewing the treats.

Question
Why have they gotten so hard
I have been feeding my malti-poo the Dingo Dental munchy sticks ever since she was a small puppy, she LOVES them. The ones I have been buying from Walmart for the last few month have been so hard she cannot bite them. I keep buying them thinking I just got some bad ones. I bought a new pack the other day. I gave her one that night. It was so hard she never got a bite bitten off.
Can you tell me what the problem is? She acts really dissapointed that she can't eat them. It is not her teeth, she is only 1 1/2 yrs old. She has no trouble biting other items. They are so hard I can barely break them with my hands.. This is not normal, what is wrong?
Thanks,

Thank you for contacting Dingo. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have not had any issues or complaints about these treats. When the store buys a product they buy in bulk so it could be that location has an off batch of product. Nonetheless if you send me an email to jeanette.ziangos@unitedpetgroup.com with your full name and address I will address this with you more in detail.
